Hey all, so I’m done with University for the summer and officially all moved into the apartment I’m staying in for the summer! Woot woot! I love it because I’m so close to the University and can use their gym and there are really nice trails to run down as well.
Anyways, I’m going to start posting my meals and exercise things so here goes!
Went to the gym this morning for about and hour and a half. Was awesome. But I forgot my water bottle there so hopefully it’s there tomorrow. :( (Now I have an excuse to go back! bahahaha)
A hummus, cucumber, broccoli slaw, and cheese sandwich; cottage cheese; grapes and cheese cubes.
A veggie burger, with bun and cheese; Veggie mix; 2 Veggie egg rolls.
Well that’s it for me, I hope you all have lovely nights, or days if that’s where you live.
Stay strong and this summer is our time to shine!! We can do it! Let’s get those last pounds or inches off and just get super healthy! :D
Hopefully I’ll be studying abroad in the Republic of Malta this next semester so I want to get as fit as possible this summer!

It’s April. I don’t know you. I don’t know if you had a bad month of March. I don’t know if you, like me, have had a bad year in general. But April is here and now and I’m going to stop reflecting on what I’ve done. I’m going to work hard today and feel better tomorrow. Summer is only two months away, and a lot can happen in two months. So lets think of this as a toast — to squats, and temptations, and workouts that leave you sweating through your clothes, and weigh ins that make you jump with glee, and new bathing suits, and shorts, and feeling GOOD about being you.
